ShippingShipping Information: All ammunition orders will be shipped FedEx Ground or UPS Ground (no PO Box addresses, please) unless different shipping methods have been selected and agreed upon between Great Lakes Ammunition and the end customer. Unless specifically requested, accessory orders will ship either FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or First Class Mail, at our discretion. Delivery Schedule: Due to Covid delivery can be as long as 3 weeks. During light volume periods all orders will be shipped in less than a week.. All items that can be ordered are in stock and will ship within 1 week. Actual delivery times depend on FedEx or UPS and where you live relative to Wixom, Michigan. Please be patient during high volume periods, as these can change shipping times drastically. Should you need an order to be expedited utilizing air services, please send us an email at sales@greatlakesammo.com to make arrangements. At this time we are working on our system to send shipping conformation at the time of shipment but this is currently not available. Individual requests for shipping confirmation will be handled as timely as possible but please be patient in waiting for a response. Restricted Shipping States: It is your responsibility to know your state laws regarding ammunition and firearm related product purchases. Check for other Local & State laws before ordering. NEW JERSEY CUSTOMERS: Instructions for New Jersey Ammunition Sales: New Jersey Firearms/Ammunition Identification Card must accompany ammunition orders for first time. Firearms/Ammunition ID card can be submitted by e-mail - arica@greatlakesammo.com (IMPORTANT: You must enter your order number in the email subject line) New York CUSTOMERS: Instructions for New York Ammunition Sales: We cannot ship ammunition to NY residents directly. ALASKA CUSTOMERS: No ammunition sales. CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS: No sales of ammunition delivered to the counties of Marin, Napa, San Francisco, Yolo and Ventura. Order Processing & Billing: Orders placed on the website begin being process as soon as they are placed. The conformation email that you receive upon placing an order is conformation that your order has been placed and is in our system and is being processed. Your credit card will be authorized at the time your order is placed but will NOT be billed until your order is within one week of being shipped. Order Cancelations and Returns: Orders can be canceled anytime before your credit card is billed by sending an email to sales@greatlakesammo.com with your order number. Great Lakes Ammunition will process all order cancelation credit request 1 business day after the request. You can expect your credit to post 3-5 business days later depending on your banks processing time. If for any reason your order has to be cancelled by Great Lakes Ammunition, a credit will be issued upon notification of the order canceliation and you can expect your credit to post 3-5 business days later depending on your banks processing time.
Warranty and Returns: All products manufactured by Great Lakes Ammunition carry a full warranty against any product that is found to be defective. All defective products can be returned to Great Lakes Ammunition for evaluation and replacement. Ammunition MAY NOT be returned for any other reason. Always make sure you use the correct ammunition for your specific firearm |
